Workflow AI brings a set of AI-powered actions directly into your automation builder, so a workflow can reason about data and language, not just move it from one step to another.
The available AI workflow actions include:
- AI Agent: an autonomous action that can make decisions and take multiple steps toward a goal within a workflow, rather than following a single fixed instruction
- AI Decision Maker: evaluates the information available at that point in the workflow and branches the automation down different paths based on its judgment
- AI Intent Detection: reads an incoming message and classifies what the sender is trying to do (book, cancel, ask a question, complain, and so on) so the workflow can respond appropriately
- AI Summarize: condenses a long message, conversation, or document into a short summary for a teammate or a record
- AI Translate: converts text between languages inline, so a workflow can respond to or forward messages regardless of the sender's language
- AI Extract Data: turns unstructured text, like an email or form submission, into clean structured fields your workflow can use in later steps
Each action is configured with plain-language instructions rather than code, so you describe what you want the AI to do and the action handles the rest. Add any of them from the AI section of the workflow action picker when building or editing a workflow.
