Because it's a multi-agent system builder, you can also design several specialized agents that work together, for example one agent that gathers information and hands off to a second agent that takes action, instead of building one large, monolithic agent to do everything.
To get started faster, Agent Studio includes a template library with reusable, pre-built agent designs for common use cases, so you can start from a working example and customize it rather than building from a blank canvas every time.
Agents built in Agent Studio can also use a web search tool, letting them pull current information from the web in real time to answer questions your account data alone can't, useful for anything that depends on up-to-date facts rather than static content.
