Building the same proposal or contract from scratch every time wastes time and invites mistakes. Templates and the Content Library let you standardize your documents so your team can send professional, on-brand paperwork in seconds.
Templates are complete, reusable documents, a service agreement, a project proposal, an estimate, that you save once and reuse for every new deal. When you create a document from a template, all of the formatting, pricing tables, fillable fields, and signer roles come along automatically, so you only need to adjust the details specific to that customer.
The Content Library goes a level deeper: it stores individual reusable blocks, clauses, terms sections, pricing tables, images, and boilerplate text, that you can drag into any template or one-off document. Update a clause in the library once, and pull the latest version into new documents going forward without rebuilding them.
Templates and library content can also pull in custom values and opportunity fields, so a template automatically fills in the contact's name, deal amount, or service date when it's generated, no manual editing required.
To manage your templates, go to Payments -> Documents & Contracts -> Templates. From there you can create new templates, organize them by category, and build out your Content Library so every team member sends consistent, accurate documents.
