Custom Objects are now available on every plan, with higher limits than before, plus one-click templates and SmartLists that make it faster to model and manage data unique to your business.
Previously reserved for a higher-tier plan, Custom Objects are now included at every plan level, so any account can define entities beyond Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities, properties, equipment, projects, or anything else your business tracks, without needing to upgrade first. Along with wider availability, the per-location limits on how many objects and fields you can create have increased.
Custom Object Templates give you a one-click starting point for common industry setups instead of building an object from a blank slate. Choose a template that matches your business, for example a real estate or field-service data model, and the object, its fields, and its associations are created for you, ready to customize.
SmartLists for Custom Objects let you build filtered, saved views of your object records the same way you already do for Contacts, for example all records in a certain status or matching specific field values, so your team can quickly find and act on the right records without manually filtering every time.
To explore these, go to Settings -> Objects, create a new object from a template, and set up a SmartList once your records are in place.
